Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
This is an application under section 483 of B.N.S.S. in connection with Jodum P.S. Case No.69 of 2025 corresponding C.T. Case No.198 of 2025 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Narasinghpur for alleged commission of offences under sections 296/351(2)/351(3)/115(2)/109(2)/3(5) of B.N.S.
The prayer for bail of the petitioner has been rejected by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Athagarh vide order dated 22.09.2025.
Considering the submissions made by the

learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in judicial custody since 15.09.2025 and charge sheet has already been submitted against the petitioner and the injured has sustained simple injuries, in support of such contention, learned counsel for the petitioner has filed the injury report which is taken on record and after hearing learned counsel for the State, I am inclined to release the petitioner on bail.
Let the petitioner be released on bail in the aforesaid case on furnishing bail bond of Rs.50,000/(rupees fifty thousand) with two local solvent sureties each for the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Court in seisin over the matter with further conditions as the learned Court below may deem just and proper including the conditions that he shall not indulge in any criminal activities and shall appear before the learned trial Court on each date to which the case would be posted for trial.
Violation of any of the conditions shall entail cancellation of bail.
The BLAPL is accordingly disposed of. Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
