The Petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.236 of 2025 pending on the file of learned J.M.F.C., Ranpur arising out of Ranpur P.S. Case No.158 of 2025 for commission of offences punishable under Sections 85/ 296/ 115(2)/ 3(5)/88 of BNS and Section 4 of DP Act.

Perused the mediation report.

For convenience, the terms on which the settlement has been arrived at is culled out hereunder;

“(1). That, both the parties agreed upon to reside jointly and peacefully. (2). That, now as the informant is on advance state of pregnancy both the parties agreed that the informant will reside in her parental house till delivery and then she will went to her matrimonial house.

(3). That, the informant has got no objection if bail is granted in this case.

(4). That, both the parties also agreed upon not to pick quarrel in future and the informant agreed upon to withdraw the criminal case relating to GR Case No.236/2025 pending before the court of learned JMFC, Ranapur. (5). That, the Petitioner husband will regularly visit to the house of informant and take all care of the informant till her delivery and maintain her properly.

(6). That, both party will not create any disturbance in future and if so the matter will be decided between the parties in presence of family members of both the parties.”

In view of the above, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the Petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned Court in seisin on such terms as deemed just and proper.
