Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The Petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.1336 of 2024 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Nimapara arising out of Nimapara P.S. Case No.365 of 2024 for commission of offences punishable under Sections 294/307/341/379/34/506 IPC and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act.

It is submitted by the learned counsel that this is an offshoot of a complaint case. Hence, the Petitioners may be protected by pre-arrest bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State as well as Informant oppose the prayer for pre-arrest bail.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that in the meanwhile MATA Case No.386 of 2025 has been filed in this Court by setting aside the ex parte order passed by the Judge Family Court, Puri and there are series of litigations inter se between the parties.

Taking into account the background in which the allegations have been made and the nature thereof, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the Petitioners shall be released on bail by the learned Court in seisin on such terms as deemed just and proper.
