iii) After hearing the parties, this Hon’ble Tribunal be pleased to quash the notification/order dated 07.03.2019 under Annexure-6 and further direct the respondents more particularly respondent Nos. 1 to 3 to regularize the services of the applicants as regular Primary School Teacher with effect from 23.11.2018 and further the respondents be directed not to insist for production of OTET pass certificate and allow further time to be applicants to pass OTET examination.
And may pass any other order/orders as this Hon’ble Tribunal may deem fit and proper in the eye of law.”
