1 . This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.
2 . In filing this Writ Petition, the Petitioner has sought for a direction from this Court to the Branch Manager, Main Branch, Bhubaneswar/ Opposite Party No.2 for refunding the amount along with interest deducted from his account unauthorizedly.
3 . At the outset, learned counsel for the Opposite Parties/Bank submits that the concerned Branch Manager, Main Branch, Bhubaneswar against whom the Petitioner has sought for relief, has died in the meantime.
