2. Mr. Parida, learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits, despite communications made in the known address of the deceased Petitioner, there is no response from the side of the legal heirs of the deceased Petitioner till date. Mr. Parida files a memo for withdrawal of the writ petition. The same is taken on record.

3. However, due to death of the sole Petitioner and nontaking of steps for substitution by his LRs, the writ petition stands abated and dismissed.
