“It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that, this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to allow this writ petition and issue any writ order by directing the Opposite Party to handover the copy of SCB Patient file (blue/green color) and blood report to the petitioner as per section 23, section 25 and section 28 of "The mental healthcare act, 2017" of Indian constitution.
Fabrication of evidence not allowed. And further direction to be issued to the Opposite Party to remove the last mental observation (Schizophrenia) if respondent not able to prove in court as per constitutional law. It is harming my reputation.
And further direction be issued to the "The High Court of Orissa" not to assign the current/present petition to B P SATPATHY & A K MOHAPATRA bench and assign to only below bench MR. JUSTICE ARINDAM SINHA (Single bench), MR. JUSTICE GOURISHANKAR SATAPATHY only.
And/or further be pleased to pass any other order/ orders, direction/ directions as this Hon'ble Court deems
