Considering the claim of the petitioner that his own private plot is encroached upon by the local authorities at the time of widening of the road which is without any prior intimation and recording the contention of Mr. Behera, learned ASC for the State and taking cognizance of the fact that such grievance is pending decision of opposite party No.2 by a representation i.e. Annexure-5 series, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the said authority to examine it and to take a decision on the same at the earliest and if necessary to direct demarcation of the plots in question and thereafter, to decide the future course of action completing the above exercise as soon as possible preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
