2 . Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that despite his best efforts, he has not been able to establish contact with the Petitioner. It seems that the Petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. A memo to that effect has been filed. The same be kept on record.
4 . However, the Petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court by way of filing a restoration application within a period of one month, if any cause of action survives.
