It is submitted that the Petitioner is the license holder to sale at OPOLFED Stall. But BMC authorities are now proceeding for eviction without any notice.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission without expressing any opinion on the merits of contentions of the Petitioner, with a direction to the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation, Bhubaneswar (Sole O.P.) to grant an opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner and decide the question of eviction, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition.
