arrangement.
2 . None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call. 3 . Since the matter has been listed before the Lok Adalat for several occasions and every time the Petitioner has not been represented nor has he personally present in the Lok Adalat. It seems that the Petitioner is not interested to pursue the matter.
4 . Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
5 . However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court by way of filing a restoration application
within a period of one month, if any cause of action Signature Not Verified survives.
