10. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
3. It is contended by the learned counsel appearing for the parties that the issue involved in the present case is covered by the order of this Court so passed on 18.12.2024 in the connected W.P.(C) No.21467 of 2023.
4. In view of such submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, while quashing order dated 11.10.2023 under Annexure-9, the present case is disposed of in the light of the order so passed in the connected W.P.(C) No.21467 of 2023.
