“It is therefore, humbly prayed that this Hon’ble Court may graciously be pleased to issue Rule Nisi, calling upon the Opp. Parties to show cause as to why the appropriate writ/writs shall not be issued quashing the impugned order/notice of termination of service of the petitioner did. 11.07.2022 under Annexure-4 and directing

the authorities/Opp. Parties to reinstate the petitioner in service with all financial and service benefits and further be pleased to direct the authorities/Opp. Parties to release the arrear salary of the petitioner of 6 CPC Pay revision for the period from did.01.01.2006 to dtd.31.12.2010 and 7th CPC Pay revision for the period from dtd.01.01.2016 to did.31.12.2017 with interest within a stipulated time and on perusal of causes shown if any or upon insufficient causes shown make the said rule absolute and may pass such other order/orders as deemed just and proper.
And for this act of kindness the petitioner shall as in
duty bound, ever pray.”
4.1. It is contended that Petitioners though were released with part of the entitlement towards arrear salary with regard to 6th CPC pay revision and 7th CPC pay revision, but some arrear amount has not yet been disbursed in their favour.
