1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.
2. Heard Mr. G.C. Mohapatra, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and Mr. P.K. Rath, learned Sr. Counsel appearing on behalf of the Opp. Party No.2.
3. Even though a prayer has been made to direct the Opp. Party-Council to issue a corrected marksheet of the marksheet issued under Annexure-2, but as found from the Writ Petition, no document has been enclosed showing that the Petitioner after receipt of Annexure-2 has made any application for correction of the marksheet.
4. In absence of any such application seeking correction of the marksheet, the prayer as made in the Writ Petition cannot be entertained.
5. The Writ Petition is accordingly stands disposed of.
