1 . This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2 . In filing this Writ Petition, the Petitioner has challenged the notice of eviction dated 30.07.2024 issued by the Tahasildar, Puri in Encroachment Case No.4-49/2024.

3 . Learned counsel for the State, at the outset, submits that through the above notice of eviction the Tahasildar, Puri has sought for reply from the Petitioner. He further contends that instead of filing reply to the said notice of eviction, the Petitioner has preferred this Writ Petition.

4 . In such view of the matter, this Court directs the Petitioner to file reply to the notice of eviction dated 30.07.2024 within a

period of ten working days hence. In such event, the Tahasildar, Puri shall pass a lawful order in the matter within Signature Not Verified Digitally Signed a period of one month thereafter.

5 . It is further directed that till the matter is taken up by the Tahasildar, Puri, no coercive action shall be taken against the Petitioner pursuant to the notice of eviction/Annexure-1.

6 . It is also made clear that if the Petitioner does not file reply within the time stipulated hereinabove, the authority concerned shall not entertain the interim prayer at all.

7. This Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
