1 . This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.
2 . The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition for disposal of the representation dated 22.05.2023 pending before the Collector, Puri vide Annexure-4.
3 . Heard learned counsels for the Parties.
4 . Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that because
of the Super Cyclone Funny which was occurred on 03.05.2019, the Petitioner affected terribly and his dwelling house was completely destroyed. A survey was done by the Tahasildar, Puri for financial assistance and the R.I. supervisor made spot visit and found that the

Petitioner’s claim is genuine. An amount of Rs.95,000/was sanctioned and disbursed in the account of the Petitioner. Though the Funny assistance of Rs.95,000/had been deposited by the Tahasildar, Puri in the account of the Petitioner and came to know that Rs.79,000/- has been withdrawn by the Opposite Parties. Being aggrieved, on 22.05.2023, the Petitioner has filed representation before the Collector, Puri, but, the same is pending before the said authority till now.

Considering the facts and submissions made, the Petitioner is directed to approach the Collector, Puri along with a copy of this order and the Collector, Puri shall dispose of the representation dated 22.05.2023 filed by the present Petitioner within a period of one month from the date of presentation of this order.
6 . Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
