2. Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner so also Mr. Panigrahi, learned ASC for the State, who accepts notice on behalf of the Opposite Parties and admits to have received copy of the Writ Petition.

This Writ Petition has been preferred for inaction of the authority concerned to act on the representation of the Petitioner-S.H.G. dated 05.08.2024, as at Annexure-1, addressed to the C.D.M.O/P.H.O., Angul, with a further prayer for extending the period of Help Desk Management in favour of the Petitioner-S.H.G. at DHH, Angul for a further period of one year.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner does not want to press the second prayer made in the Writ Petition for extension of the tenure of Petitioner SHG for Help Desk Management at DHH, Angul and prays to confine with the first prayer with regard to inaction of the authority concerned vis-à-vis representation

During hearing, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, drawing attention of this Court to F.I.R. dated 03.08.2024, as at Annexure-7, submits that the ex-employees, who have already been disengaged by the Petitioner-S.H.G., are unauthorizedly entering into the Hospital premises and creating disturbances in smooth Help Desk Management at DHH, Angul, for which an F.I.R. was lodged. He further submits, in addition to the said F.I.R. dated 03.08.2024 lodged before the I.I.C., Angul P.S., the Petitioner-S.H.G. also gave a representation to the C.D.M.O./P.H.O., Angul dated 05.08.2024, as at Annexure-1, and the same is still pending for consideration. 6. In view of the said innocuous prayer made, the C.D.M.O & P.H.O. (Opposite Party No.3) is directed to act immediately on the representation dated 05.08.2024, as at Anenxure-1, submitted by the Petitioner-S.H.G. and do the needful at the earliest, preferably within a period of one week from the date of production of the certified copy of this order.

7. With the said observation and direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.

8. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
