Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Government Advocate for the State.

Pursuant to advertisement dated 31.01.2024 for engagement of Anganwadi Helper of Adarpada Anganwadi Center, the petitioner submitted her application online on 15.02.2024. A notice was issued on 17.02.2024 by the C.D.P.O., Kaptipada inviting objections from all concerned. The petitioner’s name found place at serial No.5 of the list of applicants. The petitioner submitted an objection in respect of the candidate at serial No.3 on 23.02.2024 questioning her caste certificate. No action was taken thereon. The petitioner again submitted her objection on 11.06.2024 addressed to the C.D.P.O., Kaptipada. It is her grievance that till date no action has been taken to conclude the selection process after taking note of her objection so raised.

Considering the innocuous grievance of the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the CDPO, Kaptipada, Mayurbhanj to forward the objections submitted by the petitioner on 23.02.2024 and 11.06.2024 to the Sub-Collector, Kaptipada, who shall consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law. Further, the selection process for engagement of Anganwadi Helper to the Center in
