1 . This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.
2 . None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call. Since
it is a matter of 2011 and on the last occasion also i.e. on 03.07.2024, learned counsel for the Petitioner was absent.
It seems that the Petitioner is not interested to pursue the matter.
3 . Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution.
4 . However, the Petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court by way of filing a restoration application within a period of one month, if any cause of action survives.
