Further, it is also observed by the ICC that in the above matter your & her family are involved, therefore both the families mutually discuss it and solve the problem rather bringing the matter before the authorities.”
4.1 It is submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioner that the report of the ICC, OGDC, Bhubaneswar has not yet been supplied to the Petitioner. In absence of the report of the ICC, OGDC, Bhubaneswar, as referred to in Annexure-3, this Court is not in a position to consider the grievance of the Petitioner.
