Employees Compensation-cum-Deputy/Assistant Labour Commissioner, Nayagarh / Opposite Party No.2 for early disposal of the E.C. Case No.3 of 2021, which is pending since last three years.
3 . On the last occasion i.e. on 28.06.2024, this Court hearing the Petitioner had directed the learned State Counsel to take instruction regarding the reason of pendency of the above noted E.C. Case for last three years.
4 . Today, during course of hearing learned counsel for the

to the latches of the Petitioner, the proceeding is not going on.
5 . In such view of the matter, while deprecating such attitude of the Petitioner, this Court directs him to appear before the concerned authority on each date of posting of the case vide E.C. Case No.3 of 2021 without fail and the learned court below shall try to conclude the said proceeding at the earliest possible.
6 . This Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
