Petition at the stage of admission by directing the Opposite Party No.2 to dispose of the representation of the Petitioner under Annexure-5 series within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of the certified copy of this order by the Petitioner. It is further directed that the opposite Party No.2 shall do well to consider the representation of the Petitioner in terms of the Rules as well as Circular/Notification of the State Government regulating the service condition of Police personnel and shall dispose of the same by passing a speaking and reasoned order within the aforesaid time. The decision so taken be communicated to the Petitioner within 10 days thereafter.
