The Petitioner, by filing this writ petition, has prayed for quashing the entire proceeding vide Index No.43-P(M) pending with the Opposite Party No.2-Commissioner of Endowments, Odisha, Bhubaneswar, with further prayer to direct the Opposite Party No.2 that the interim arrangement made be continued till a final decision is taken in the matter.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Commissioner of Endowments.

Keeping in view the submissions made, the averments taken in the writ petition as also the documents annexed thereto being gone through, it is seen that the Petitioner herein wants that no action be taken by the Opposite Party No.4 on the application made under Annexure-1 and also on the application filed before the Opposite Party No.2 with the prayer for recall of the order dated 01.01.2019 passed in the Management File No.43-P(M) under Annexure-6. It is, however, not stated that any such progress has been made in pursuance of Annexures- 1 and 6.

The matter having stood thus, we do not find any reason to entertain the present petition with the prayer, as advanced therein, so as to exercise the extra ordinary writ jurisdiction.
