The grievance of the petitioner is that despite direction by the ADM, Puri, Appellate Authority passed order dated 04.10.2023 in Anganwadi Appeal No. 2 of 2022 to the Sub-Collector-cumChairman, Puri Selection Committee to enquire into the matter relating to educational qualification of Anjana Paikray (Opposite Party No. 5), no action has been taken as yet.

This Court observes that the order of the ADM was passed on 04.10.2023 with specific direction to the Sub-Collector as mentioned above. It is submitted that no action has been taken even till date.
