2. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits, both the Petitioner and Opposite Party are now residing together with their minor children. Therefore, the transfer proceeding be dropped as not pressed. A memo is filed to the said effect in the Court today. The same be kept on record.

4. Interim order dated 15.05.2018 passed in I.A No.135 of 2018 stands vacated.
