Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that relying only upon the counter affidavit of the Opposite Parties, this Court had disposed of the Writ Petition vide W.P.(C) No.23442 of 2021 without relying upon the decision-making procedure by the Opposite Parties. He further submits that the document of selection procedure was never produced before this Court by the Opposite Parties regarding due selection procedure.

Learned counsel for the Opposite Parties submits that the Petitioner has filed a Writ Appeal challenging the order/judgment dated 22.12.2023 passed in W.P.(C) No. 23442 of 2021 before the Division Bench of this Court.

In such view of the matter, this Court is of the view that since the Writ Appeal stated to have been filed by the Petitioner is pending before the Division Bench of this Court, this Court is not inclined to entertain this Review Petition. Hence, the Review Petition is dismissed.
