interest of the Plaintiffs. Upendra Jena and his other cosharers were recorded as such. During current settlement operation, the C.S. ROR was prepared in their names under sthitiban status. Except Upendra and Narahari other current settlement recorded tenants are dead. It is stated that in an amicable partition, suit land was allotted to Upendra and he was in possession of the same as its owner. Upendra while possessing the suit land, sold the same to the Mahendra Das and Upendra Das by registered sale deed dated 02.05.1945 for a consideration of Rs.150/- and gave delivery of possession of the land in question to them. Mahendra and Upendra sold the same to Niasi Jena by registered sale deed dated 11.04.1946. Niasi Jena was in possession of the same as its owner and she sold the land to Narendra Nath Parida and Prahallad Parida by registered sale deed dated 18.04.1952 for consideration of Rs.2000/- followed by delivery of possession. Narendra died issueless leaving behind his widow Saradamani. During consolidation operation, the suit land was recorded in the name of Saradamani and Prahallad, finally the record of right was published. Prahallad died leaving behind his sons namely, Haripada, Dharanidhar, Pradeep and Pramod. Similarly, Saramani died issueless.
