Heard Mr. Mund, learned counsel for the ClaimantsAppellants and Mr. P.K. Mahali, learned counsel for the Insurance Company along with Mr. Monoj Kumar Sahu, Officer in charge and Mr. Partha Sarathi Behera, Asst. Manager of the Insurance Company.

This appeal has been filed by the Claimants for enhancement of the compensation.

As agreed, the amount of compensation is enhanced by a further consolidated sum of Rs.3,15,000/- (rupees three lakhs fifteen thousand) consolidated. The compromise sheet signed by both the parties/ their authorized representatives is taken on record.

Learned 1^st M.A.C.T., Kalahandi, Bhawanipatna, is called upon to disburse the agreed amount as aforesaid in favour of the claimant(s). The awarded amount shall be deposited before the learned 1^st M.A.C.T., Kalahandi, Bhawanipatna, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of this order.

As the case is disposed of in the spirit of the Lok Adalat, no court fee is liable to be paid by the claimant(s).

The MACA is accordingly disposed of.
