As an interim measure, it is directed that if any application for adjournment is filed by the learned counsel for the petitioners in Civil Suit No.813 of 2007 before the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Bhubaneswar, the learned Trial Court shall do well to adjourn the said suit for a period of six weeks.”
