Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

Case record reveals that the parties exercised their rights through Civil Court and also moved in Appeals from the court below. It is submitted by Mr. Mishra, the learned Sr. Counsel that the Opp. Parties being aggrieved in the result of the Appellate Court reported to have moved to the Apex Court. While the matter stood thus and the rights of the parties are still under challenge before the Apex Court, the police intervened in the matter without any direction having been passed from any sources and insisted the Petitioner to vacate the premises.

The Petitioner being aggrieved by the same, filed a representation before the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Bhubaneswar on 30^th December, 2023. The said representation has been sent through registered post with A.D. expectedly the registered post is to reach to the destination within seven days. It is also submitted by the Mr.

Mishra that the aggrieved person has also met the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Bhubaneswar in person and expressed her anxiety for taking of the matter expeditiously.

In that view of the matter, this Court directs the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Bhubaneswar that in the event of the representation is received in the meantime, the same shall be examined and appropriate order be passed in accordance with law on priority basis keeping in view the urgency of the matter. It is also directed that the Petitioner may to pursue the matter before the Deputy Commissioner of Police by filing a copy of the said representation in person along with the order of this Court at the earliest. The CRLMP stands disposed of.
