Court below on or before 30^th May, 2024 and seeks appropriate remedy available to him under law.

Taking into consideration the above facts and submission

at the Bar, the order dated 27.04.2023 passed by the learned 1^st Additional District-Cum-Sessions Judge, Sambalpur in S.T. Case No. 142/36/29 of 2007-08-13 corresponding to Ainthapali P.S. Case No. 87 (11) of 2006 is set aside, subject to the Petitioner paying cost of Rs.500/- to be deposited in the Orissa High Court Advocates’ Welfare Fund.
