2. At the instance of opposite party no.2, who is the husband of the petitioner no.1, I.C.C. Case No.4430 of 2021 has been initiated against the petitioner no.1, her wife and her family members.
3. The parties have settled their dispute. Insofar as the criminal case initiated against the opposite party no.2 and his family members at the instance of petitioner no.1 is concerned, the same has already been quashed today in CRLMC No.754 of 2024.The said order shall be formed part of the present order. 4. In view of the order passed today in CRLMC No.754 of 2024, the present petition is also allowed
