Case No.122 of 2023 under Sections 2(a) and 3 of the Prevention of Insults to National Honour Act pending in the Court of the learned S.D.J.M., Patnagarh. 2. On 05.02.2024, this Court had issued notice to the Opposite Party-State and directed the learned State Counsel to seek instruction regarding the status of the case.
