2. The petitioner in this case, is aggrieved by the order dated 20.05.2023 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Banki in G.R. Case No.336 of 2019 whereby N.B.W. has been issued against him for his non-appearance before the Court below.

3 . Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after issuance of N.B.W., the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail on 29.05.2020 by this Court in ABLAPL No.5658 of 2020. He, on instruction from his client, submits that his clients would be appearing before the Court below on or before 30^th of September, 2024 and seek appropriate remedy available to him under law.

4 . Taking into consideration the above facts and submission made at the Bar, the order dated 20.05.2020 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Banki in G.R. Case

No.336 of 2019 is set aside, subject to the Petitioner appearing / surrendering before the Court below on or before 30^th of September, 2024 and avail the remedy under law. The petitioner is directed to deposit cost of Rs.500/before the Orissa High Court Advocates’ Welfare Fund.

5 . The CRLMC is accordingly disposed of.
