Order No. 11.05.2024 01. 1. This matter is taken up today in the 2^nd National Lok Adalat for disposal of the matter is amicably settlement.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner produced the joint affidavit sworn by both the Petitioner as well as the victim. 3. On perusal of the record, it appears that on the basis of F.I.R. dated 23.07.2018, the case was registered against the Petitioner for commission of offence under Section 341, 363, 448 read with 34 IPC. Further, it appears that in the aforesaid criminal case, investigation has been concluded and charge sheet has been filed. However, it is submitted by both sides that the matter has been amicably settled and the victim does not want to proceed further in the present matter.

The victim is present in Court. She stated that she does not want to pursue this matter further. Further, it is submitted that the Informant, who happens to be her mother, also not interested in pursuing the matter further, however, due to her illness, she did not come to Court today.

Learned counsel for the State has no objection in this case.

Taking into consideration the submission of the victim as well as the joint affidavit sworn by both sides, further considering the fact that the offences alleged are all compoundable in nature, the ompromise arrived at by the parties is accepted.
