1 . The petitioner has challenged the order dated 22.09.2015 passed in G.R. Case No.502 of 2014 arising out of Berhampur Mahila P.S. Case No.31 of 2014 pending in the Court of the learned S.D.J.M., Berhampur by which the N.B.W. has been issued against her.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted bail on 20.06.2014. However, the petitioner did not appear before the

learned Court below leading to issuance of N.B.W. against her on 22.09.2015.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner on instruction submits that the petitioner would be appearing before the learned Court below on or before 30.06.2024 and seek remedy available to her under law.

4. On the basis of the aforementioned facts and submissions at the Bar, the order dated 22.09.2015 passed in G.R. Case No.502 of 2014 arising out of Berhampur Mahila P.S. Case No.31 of 2014 pending in the Court of the learned S.D.J.M., Berhampur is set-aside, subject to the petitioner surrendering before the Court below and paying cost of Rs.500/(Rupees five hundred) before the Orissa High Court Advocates’ Welfare Fund.

5. The CRLMC is accordingly disposed of.
