2 . The Petitioner has filed this CONTC for noncompliance of the order dated 09.01.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.8795 of 2022.
3 . Heard learned counsel for the Parties.
4 . At the outset, drawing the attention of this Court to the order dated 05.04.2024 passed by the Commissioner Cuttack Municipal Corporation, learned counsel for the Opposite Party-Contemnor submits that the order from

which this CONTC arises, has already been complied with in the meantime.
5 . Considering the above submission of learned counsel for the Opposite Party-Contemnor and looking to order of compliance dated 05.04.2024, this Court finds that nothing survives in this CONTC to be adjudicated upon by this Court any further.
6 . Accordingly, the CONTC is disposed of being dropped.
