It does not appear to be in dispute that in compliance of the order dated 24.03.2009, violation of which has been alleged in the present contempt petition, representation of the petitioner has been disposed of.

In my opinion, no case is made out of deliberate disobedience of this Court’s order. The contempt proceeding stands dropped accordingly.

The petitioner shall have the liberty to question the correctness of the order passed on the representation, before appropriate forum in accordance with law.
