Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the opposite party/contemnor is still to comply the Court’s direction. In reply, Mr. Behera, learned ASC for the State prays further six weeks time to ensure compliance of the Court’s order dated 21^st February, 2023 passed in W.P.(C) No.5065 of 2023.

Considering the above submission, the contempt petition stands disposed of with a direction to the opposite party/contemnor to immediately comply the Court’s order dated 21^st February, 2023 passed in W.P.(C) No.5065 of 2023 within next six weeks, failing

which, he shall be visited with action under the Contempt of the Court Act.

A copy of the order be handed over to Mr. Behera, learned ASC for the State for its onward intimation to the opposite party/contemnor.
