2. Mr. Sharma, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State. Mr. Panda, learned advocate appears on behalf of Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) and Mr. Dhal, learned advocate for Bhubaneswar Development Authority (BDA).
3. On perusal of said order dated 27th February, 2024, it appears we found the writ petition deserved to be dismissed for default on absence of applicant/petitioner. However, we disposed of it as covered, relying on submissions made by appearing opposite parties. Mr. Mohanty submits, there is more to his client’s case.
4. Causes shown in the application are accepted. Order dated 27th February, 2024 is recalled and the writ petition restored to file. The application is disposed of.
5. List the writ petition on 9th July, 2024.
