This is the second journey of the Petitioner who is in custody in connection with Aul P.S. Case No.123 of 2019, corresponding to G.R. Case No.268 of 2019, pending on the file of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kendrapara for alleged commission of offence under Section 341/323/294/307/506/324/34 of the IPC which has been subsequently turned to section 302 of the IPC, in filling this application under section 439, Cr.P.C. for reconsideration of his prayer for grant of bail to the Petitioner in the above mentioned case.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions made and on going through the materials as placed, while being not inclined to reconsider the prayer for grant of bail to the Petitioner at this fag end of the trial; this application stands disposed of with the observation that the Trial Court would do

well to take all such effective steps, as provided in law, for conclusion of the trial as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from today.

The BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

It is further observed that in the event, the Trial is not concluded during the period, the Petitioner would be at liberty to renew his prayer for grant of bail.
