Instant petition under Section 483 B.N.S.S. is filed by the petitioner for release of the petitioner on bail in connection with G.R. Case No.555 of 2024 arising out of Chandanapur P.S. Case No.212 of 2024 pending in the file of learned N.G.N., Puri on the grounds stated therein.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner to be an authorized agent of the Company in question and has been alleged of receiving money from the informant and others and since the investigation is concluded with the chargesheet being filed in the meantime, the Court should allow him to go on bail on any terms and conditions and while claiming closure of investigation, a copy of the chargesheet is produced in Court today.

Mr. Mohanty, learned ASC for the State submits that he has not received the case diary and other police papers and hence, requests for more time. On merit, it is submitted that a good amount of money is involved and in so far as the petitioner is concerned, he has been chargesheeted as the authorized person of the company hence, not to be released on bail notwithstanding completion of investigation.

From the report lodged with the local P.S., it is made to reveal that the petitioner as an authorized person for the Company induced the informant and others to deposit the money and accordingly, deposits were made. According to learned counsel for the petitioner, no seizure has been made from the petitioner. Considering the chargesheet, it is revealed that the deposits have been received by a Company in the name of logo of RUNLIVE AI App which disappeared from the web page on and from 30^th August, 2024. No doubt, deposits have been made and substantial amount has been misappropriated but the petitioner has played a limited role being the authorized person of the Company, which is also an accused.

Considering the above facts and submissions of learned counsel for the respective parties and as the investigation has been concluded with the chargesheet being filed in the month of November, 2024 and the petitioner having remained in custody since 1^st September, 2024, the Court is of the view that no further

purpose would be served to detain him instead to be released on bail subject to the following conditions.

8. Accordingly, it is ordered.

In the result, the petition under Section 483 B.N.S.S. stands allowed. Consequently, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with in connection with G.R. Case No.555 of 2024 arising out of Chandanapur P.S. Case No.212 of 2024 subject to him furnishing a bail bond of Rs.50,000/-(rupees fifty thousand) with two solvent sureties for the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned N.G.N., Puri, who shall be at liberty to impose such other suitable conditions as deemed necessary besides the following, such as, he shall not leave the jurisdiction of the court without its permission.
