1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The Petitioner is an accused in connection with S.T. Case No.178 of 2022 pending on the file of learned Sessions Judge, Bhadrak, arising out of Bansada P.S. Case No.106 of 2022 for commission of alleged offence under Section 498-A/294/302/304-B of IPC. 3. Learned counsel, on instruction, submits that except the present BLAPL, no other bail application of the Petitioner relating to the aforementioned P.S. case is pending in any other Court. 4. Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Sessions Judge, Bhadrak by order dated 26.12.2023 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed. 5. This is the third journey of the Petitioner to this Court. Earlier this Court had rejected the bail application of the Petitioner

by order dated 01.12.2022 in BLAPL No.7454 of 2022. Thereafter, Petitioner had moved this Court in BLAPL No.9900 of 2023 which was disposed of by order dated 08.11.2023.

It is submitted by the learned counsel that the Petitioner in custody since 15.03.2022 and as charge sheet has already been filed on 30.06.2022, Petitioner may be released on bail.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. 8. This Court, while rejecting the bail application of the Petitioner in BLAPL No.7454 of 2022 by order dated 01.12.2022, had referred to the statement of Dillip Kumar Jena who is the brother-in-law of the deceased. The said Dillip Kumar Jena has been examined in the meanwhile as P.W.4.

Perused the statement of the said witness.

Considering the same, this Court is not inclined to entertain this bail application at this stage.

Liberty is granted to the Petitioner to renew his prayer before the learned Court in seisin at a later stage.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
