This is the successive journey of this petitioner, who is in custody in connection with Ramachandrapur P.S. Case No.02 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. (GN) Case No.08 of 2020 (subsequently changed to S.T. Case No.16 of 2020) pending in the Court of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Anandapur for offence punishable under sections 302/201/366 of the IPC in filing this application under section 439, Cr.P.C. for his release on bail.

Perused the order dated 16.08.2023 passed by the Trial Court refusing to grant bail to the Petitioner as also the depositions of the witnesses so far examined in the trial. It appears that when the Petitioner last moved the Trial Court, in total 18 witnesses have been examined. In view of lapse of six months by now, the trial must have progressed further. In the above state of affair, while being not inclined to reconsider the prayer for grant bail to the petitioner, this application stands disposed of granting liberty to the Petitioner to renew his prayer before the Trial Court afresh citing all such developments which have taken place in the meantime for their consideration in proper prospective for its disposal in accordance with
