J.M.F.C., Khallikote in G.R.Case No.923 of 2024 arising out of Khallikote PS case No.379 of 2024 within a period of three weeks from today, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the learned Magistrate may deem just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, but subject to verification of criminal antecedent. In the event it is found that the Petitioner is having criminal antecedent, then this order shall not be given effect to. It is also directed that the Petitioner shall cooperate with the investigation and shall appear before the I.O. as and when required for the purpose of investigation, shall appear before the trial court on each and every date till disposal of the case.
