This is an application for modification of the order dated 09.02.2024 passed in ABLAPL No. 6698 of 2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that on 09.02.2024 inadvertently a submission was made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the co-accused Sachin Kumar Pradhan, who was the Branch Manager of Manapuram Asset Finance Limited, Nachuni Branch has been directed to be released on bail, but in fact the said co-accused has never been released on bail, rather he faced trial and was found

guilty and accordingly, in the operative part of the order dated 09.02.2024 direction has been given to the learned Court below to consider the aspect of claim of parity with the co-accused while considering the bail application and therefore, the said portion is required to be deleted.

Learned counsel for the State has no serious objection.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respective parties, in the 7^th line of the concluding paragraph, the words ‘claim of parity with the co-accused’ stands deleted. The rest part of the order dated 09.02.2024 remains unaltered. The date of surrender of the petitioner before the learned Court below is extended till 31^st December 2024.
