is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail, it is directed that in the event the Petitioners surrender and move for bail before the learned J.M.F.C., Chilika in G.R. Case No.786 of 2023 within a period of three weeks from today, they shall be allowed to go on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said court besides the further condition that Petitioner No.1 (husband of the informant) shall remit a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) in favour of the wife (informant) in her account and shall produce the receipt in proof of deposit while moving for bail in the court in seisin over the matter.
