1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. Mr.Kar, learned Counsel for the Petitioners, so also Mr. Rout, learned ASC for the State are present.
3. Mr. Kar submits that he has already filed I.A. No.7788 of 2023 on 19.05.2023 for withdrawal of the Writ Petition, which not on record. In addition to that, a Memo of withdrawal has also been filed, which is on record.
4. Office is directed to bring the said I.A. on record.
5. In view of such submission of the learned Counsel for the Petitioners, the Writ Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. The I.A. also stands disposed of accordingly.
