“4. It appears that parties to the proceeding were absent on the date fixed for conciliation, i.e. 21st October, 2022. Hence, this Court feels that learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar should fix a date not later than fifteen days from the date of production of certified copy of this order requiring the parties to be present in person in Court to persuade them for conciliation. Learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar shall act upon production of certified copy of this order.
