“It is, therefore, prayed that your Lordships may be pleased to direct the State/O.P.1 to modify the order dt.20.8.2022 at Sl.5 in respect of the petitioner under Anx.4 and sanction financial upgradation under 3rd MACP on completion of 30 years of service in the post of VLW/PEO with grade pay of Rs.5400/- w.e.f. 18.8.2016 and fixation of pay in Level-8, Cell-24 at Rs.57,500/- in the pay matrix of ORSP Rules, 2017 in view of similar pay fixation on 3rd MACP of VLWs made by Collector, Sundargarh under Anx.6, BDO Saintala under Anx.7 and Panchayati Raj and Drinking Water Deptt. for VLWs of Puri district under Anx.8 and accordingly revise the pension and resubmit the pension papers to A.G.(A&E) Odisha with due compliance to their objection raised in the letter under Anx.10 for finalization of pension and disburse all consequential

And pass any other order/orders as deemed fit and proper in the ends of justice, equity and good conscience.”
